About us

Created by a Barber Who Lived the Problem

Proper ProWear was created by Georgia Herbert, a barber and educator with over a decade behind the chair.

After years working in barbershops and teaching the next generation of professionals, one problem kept coming up again and again:

Cut hair embedding in clothing.

Hair splinters.

Itching skin.

Ruined clothes.

Capes helped protect the client but nothing protected the barber.
