We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unworn and unwashed
Free from hair, stains, or damage
Returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
Customised or embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
To start a return, please email our support team at customersupport@properprowear.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a return address.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for lost parcels.
If you wish to exchange for a different size, please contact us first at customersupport@properprowear.com to confirm stock availability.
Once your original item is returned and inspected, we’ll ship your replacement as soon as possible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will cover the cost of the item only.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
In the rare event that you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please email customersupport@properprowear.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll replace or refund your item immediately at no extra cost.
Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping and any applicable import duties.
Please ensure your return is clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.
