Proper ProWear – Shipping Policy

At Proper ProWear, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and in perfect condition—wherever you are in the world.


1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Please allow extra time during busy periods or for pre-order releases.


2. UK Delivery

  • Standard Delivery (2–4 business days): £3.95 or FREE on orders over £75

  • Express Delivery (1–2 business days): £6.95

All UK orders are shipped via tracked courier services such as Royal Mail or DPD.


3. European Delivery

  • Standard Tracked Delivery (5–10 business days): £9.95

  • Express Delivery (3–5 business days): £14.95

Customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import VAT fees.


4. International Delivery (Outside Europe)

  • Standard Tracked Delivery (7–14 business days): £14.95

  • Express Courier (5–7 business days): £24.95

We currently ship worldwide, including the USA, Canada, Australia and Asia.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.


5. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes and duties.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please mark returns as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and courier link.
If your tracking number isn’t active immediately, please allow up to 24 hours for the courier’s system to update.


7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at customersupport@properprowear.com.
We’ll liaise with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect shipping addresses, or courier service interruptions.


8. Pre-Orders & Backorders

If your item is on pre-order, estimated dispatch dates will be shown on the product page and in your confirmation email.
Pre-order items ship as soon as they arrive in our warehouse.
