Care
The Original Proper T is built to survive daily wear behind the chair, but a few simple habits keep it performing at its best.
Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry - air dry only. Use a cool iron if needed. Avoid fabric softener, which can affect the hair-resistant finish on the polyester surface.
Wash after every few shifts, or sooner if you’re on your feet all day. Looked after properly, Proper ProWear is designed to hold its shape, colour and hair-resistant performance wash after wash.
Design
Engineered specifically for professional use, the Proper T combines a structured oversized silhouette with functional performance features designed for the barbering environment.
The boxy, relaxed fit provides increased freedom of movement through the shoulders, chest and arms, helping the garment remain comfortable during long periods of cutting, styling and repetitive movement. The wider cut also allows the fabric to sit away from the body, improving comfort throughout the working day.
Constructed from a smooth technical fabric, the surface is designed to reduce the adhesion and penetration of loose cut hair and fine debris, while remaining lightweight and easy to maintain. The streamlined construction minimises unnecessary seams and areas where hair can collect.
